Ally Smith is on her honeymoon trip without a husband. Four months earlier she’d found her fiancé in bed with another woman.  The trip was prepaid and she was going to make the most of it. Deciding to use the trip to be more adventurous, she takes Chris Wells, who she believes to be nothing more than a boat hand, to bed. When their time is cut short because her needy family demands her return home, she never expects to see Chris again.

Chris Well is surprised to only receive a note when Ally leaves the island. He finds out where she lives and calls her.  He is shocked to learn that Ally is pregnant with his child and she’d had no intention of telling him. He wants to be a part of his baby’s life but Ally is not excited about the idea. Ally is surprised to find out that Chris doesn’t live far from her and is well known in the yacht racing world.

Chris wants to marry Ally but must convince her that this is what they should do. Ally is falling in love with Chris but can’t get used to his need for daredevil sailing. Despite wanting a more exciting life, she can’t pull away from the need not to worry over him when he does dangerous stuff. She will give him up before she subjects herself and her child to his life style. Chris realizes that Ally needs to know she comes first in his life. He tells her so and asks her to marry him. She agrees.

About the author

Susan May | http://www.susanCmay.com
Susan discovered larger than life romances at a young age and has a stash of keeper books under her bed to prove it. After publishing her nonfiction book Nick’s New Heart, Susan turned her talents towards fiction. Be it doctor, lawyer or international businessman, if he is a smart, sexy and sensual male he can be found in her books. Susan doubles as a wife, mother and high school substitute teacher when she isn’t dreaming of alpha males in foreign locales. Her books are just spicy enough to be on the hot tamales plate before the hot, hot sauce is added. Nice and warm but won’t burn all the way down.

Don't stop there. Try...
