Ever thought about having an FBI agent of your very own? No? Well then, you haven’t met Jack Pallas.
“Of all the hotel rooms rented by all the adulterous politicians in Chicago, female Assistant U.S. Attorney Cameron Lynde had to choose the one next to 1308, where some hot-and-heavy lovemaking ends with a death. And of all the FBI agents in Illinois, it had to be Special Agent Jack Pallas who gets assigned to this high-profile homicide. The same Jack Pallas who still blames Cameron for a botched crackdown three years ago—and nearly ruining his career.
“Work with Cameron Lynde? Are they kidding? Maybe, Jack thinks, this is some kind of welcome-back prank after his stint away from Chicago. But it’s no joke; the pair is going to have to put their rocky past behind them and focus on the case at hand. That is, if they can cut back on the razor-sharp jibes—and smother the flames of their sizzling-hot sexual tension.”
The author has a sense of humor that shines in her writing and the ability to build sexual tension as well as anyone I’ve ever read.
If you enjoy a good suspense sprinkled with chuckles and admiration for a woman who handily holds her own against bad odds and a bad-boy agent, them SOMETHING ABOUT YOU is a must-read.

Ohhhhh Sandy! I just broke every rule I have and bought this book. Then I had to hide it from myself while I finish a whole bunch of school projects this weekend. I sooooo want to read it but am going to make it a reward for next weekend.
Thanks for a great review!
