Whatever happened to — no, not Baby Jane — Jack? and Rachel? and Tom?

Hi there, all you wonderful Petit Fours and Hot Tamales readers. Have we got a surprise for you!

Way back in June of last year, we left you with the following questions to ponder:

Will Rachel Livingston accept Tom’s offer to join the FBI? Or will she want more from the man with the dark smoldering eyes? If she does join the FBI, will the agency ever be the same? What about Jack Davenport? Will he be the spy who’s left out in the cold? If two’s company, is three a crowd?

Yes, the rumors you’ve heard are TRUE. The sequel to Aspen Exposé is coming soon.

What’s it called?

Atlanta Exposé.

And it’s a roller coaster ride of espionage, suspense, intrigue and sizzling romance.

Can you give us a sneak preview?

Just a little one…

When Rachel Livingston graduates from training at Quantico as an FBI agent, her first assignment puts her up against the leader of the biggest white slavery ring in Atlanta — and his arch nemesis, a Colombian drug lord. To complicate matters,  Rachel is now dating Tom, but she still has the hots for Jack. Now she has to make a ruthless killer believe she and Jack are a married couple!

And that’s only the start of their troubles. If you think you know what’s going to happen next, you don’t know JACK!

I can’t wait! When’s it coming?

You won’t have to wait long. The first chapter airs:

Monday, September 6

Just 12 days away!!! Mark you calendars, bookmark our blog site, set your reminders.

And you won’t have to wait a week for the next chapter, we will be posting a chapter every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday! So tune in daily.

Will there be prizes?

Did the little piggie cry “wee, wee, wee” all the way home? Of course! Not one, but two.

Friday, Sept 24 – Tami Brothers will draw for the first lucky winner. This winner will receive a copy of Cooking with the Petit Fours and Hot Tamales – our brand new, hot-off-the-press cookbook. Sixty pages of mouth-watering, yummo recipes from all the PF&HTs and our friends, including Dianna Love, Barbara Vey, Hank Phillippi Ryan and more. Everyone will want a copy and you could get one free just by commenting.

Sunday, Sept 26 – Sandy Elzie will draw for the second lucky winner. If that’s you, you’ll receive a $25 gift certificate to your choice of Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books a Million, or iTunes. Is that a terrific prize or what?

I want one of those prizes. How can I win?

By commenting on the chapters. Tami and Sandy will draw randomly from the comments for all chapters combined. The more you comment, the more chances to win!

Are you excited? I am. I can’t wait for September 6. Good thing it’s right around the corner. See you then.

Oh, and if you want to refresh your memory with the first book, just click the “Free Reads” link at the top of the page, right under our banner.

About the author

Writer of romantic mystery-suspense, romantic fantasy, and romance – with a dash of sass. I'd like to say growing up on the tough streets of Chicago inspired my feisty heroines, but actually I was raised in a cozy little suburb, by parents who sheltered me. Guess it was other things along the way that gave me my attitude.

Don't stop there. Try...
